1. What countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping. No matter where you're located, we will do our best to deliver auto parts to your doorstep.

2. How long does international shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Most European orders arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–21 days.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT), and major credit/debit cards. Card payments will be available starting from September 2026.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

5. Are all parts genuine?

We work with verified suppliers and offer both OEM (original) and aftermarket parts. Product descriptions clearly indicate the type.

6. How can I check part compatibility with my vehicle?

You can contact us with your VIN or vehicle details, and our support team will help you verify compatibility before purchase.

7. Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?

Yes. If you are a workshop, dealer, or reseller, contact us for a personalized quote.

8. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the part is unused and in original packaging. Please contact support before sending it back.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

10. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Yes, but only before it’s been dispatched. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change your order.

11. Do you offer installation services?

We do not provide physical installation, but we can assist with technical documentation and installation instructions where available.

12. Where are you located?

ParadaParts is based in Lithuania and operates from Vilnius, serving customers globally.

13. Do you offer customer support in multiple languages?

Currently, we offer support in English and Lithuanian. More languages will be added soon.

14. Is VAT included in the price?

All prices are shown without VAT. If you are purchasing within the EU and have a valid VAT ID, VAT will be reversed.
